Baltimore Highlands Pharmacy

My entire family, 4 generations worth right now, use Baltimore Highlands Pharmacy as our main pharmacy of choice. Rarely do they not have a prescription & even then it's there the next day! Very friendly & family oriented. Can not say enough great things about them! I always suggest to anyone looking for a local helpful pharmacy!

Very fast and friendly service !!! I used to go to CVS and they used to tell you 3 hours over here you come and 10 minutes you get your prescription ready to go. I recommend it specially to all the moms that we know time is precious when you have little ones

This was my first time here, and I was thrilled to find it. It was easy to find. The Good: I had need of a PCR test for travel and availability was hard to find by way of places that could deliver in 24 hours pre-Christmas. However, I was glad to find this little place tucked away on the Baltimore Annapolis Road nearby me. It is a tiny pharmacy with seating for 3-4 individuals and standinroom comfortably for five. However for the two hours I was there, at least 200 individuals swung through those doors. It was busy and to the managements credit, they worked quickly with those in and out of line and were professional and helpful. The pharmacy houses standard basic pharmacy items and prescriptions as well as a floral shop with funeral accessories and figurines. It looks like it could be run by about three persons comfortably, but Because it was busy there were about six workers all working without break. Available parking in the tight corner lot we’re gone. The Issue: took just a few hours for results but after my hour long wait to get my test, I was tired and went for a bathroom break and food. When I I got back an hour later, I was acknowledged by the pharmacist as she said out loud: where were you? We were calling you. You have a positive result!!! However, this event was not only embarrassing to me as a nearby customer listening backed off, but a blatant hippy violation. Now up to this point, I would’ve given six stars, but this changed my opinion. I do understand that the pharmacist was not spitefully doing this, however, it should definitely be a priority to protect consumer privacy no matter who the customer is. I hope that if I return to that pharmacy in the future, I will have a different experience and that the pharmacist will not repeat this with another customer. Other than that, it’s a family place, with a family-like atmosphere.

When I tell you that this is my new go to pharmacy, I mean it!!! They are truly the best in service and timing! If you have pharmacy needs this is the place, even if you have go a little further than you'd like.

I love the staff here at the pharmacy. Extremely nice, caring and helpful. They are super quick and efficient every time. I highly recommend this pharmacy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
