My highest recommendation to massage therapist, Kelly. She is the full package- fantastic touch and ability to know when to tread lightly and when to dig in, but also someone who is innately able to meet you where you are at and read your body and what it needs, maybe even more than I knew myself. I have had trigger areas that have been locked up for literally decades, and she has been the only person who has made a noticeable difference, that lasts far beyond the time I am in her care. She like knows how to get my body to loosen up and give in. She is truly doing what she is meant to do, and I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with her and her healing hands. Oh and to top it all off, she is just a down to earth cool lady.

CCIH is the absolute best wellness experience in Maryland. Incredible staff, amenities and services. I would recommend CCIH to anyone even considering their own wellness journey!!!

Finally writing a review in honor of the month of gratitude. I am so grateful I discovered Charm City Integrative Health when I booked my first ever acupuncture appointment just over three years ago. At that time I felt like I was falling apart physically, emotionally, mentally - and I was desperate to try every healing practice imaginable. CCIH has been such a supportive container for me through my personal journey to a medical diagnosis and through my recovery and Tom has been the one consistent practitioner amongst all the other doctors etc I've seen. I wish I had discovered acupuncture earlier in life -- and now I'm always recommending it to everyone around me. I love my sessions with Tom (and now Darrell too!) -- and I've heard nothing but good things about the other practitioners. Every staff person I've interacted with has great vibes.

This place is great for body recovery. My son is a professional athlete and he loves going there to keep his body right. Tom is knowledgeable and will recommend anything that he thinks your body needs.

Came in for Moxibustion due to Breech Presentation during my pregnancy at 36 weeks. I am so happy to say that my baby has flipped to a head down position after 2 sessions. It was a weird process but not painful at all. I am overjoyed that I am able to avoid C-section or ECV.
