Very amazing team that works here. I wanted a breast augmentation, & I asked for something as soon as possible. They managed to move some things around & got me in & set up for all my appointments within a WEEK of the phone call. I had my surgery yesterday & I couldn’t be happier with the results. Very amazing place & everyone there is extremely helpful & always polite! I would recommend this office to anyone who wants any work done! Thank you to all the drs at Belcara ! This place deserves negative stars. They are absolute scammers. My primary doctor referred me here for a severe itchy rash, and before I even stepped foot in this office, I asked at least five separate times whether they accepted my insurance. I made it crystal clear that if they didn’t, I could not and would not get any treatment. So I waited. I didn’t receive a single treatment until they “checked” with my insurance. A few days later, they assured me—multiple times—that it would be approved. Meanwhile, the shampoo my primary doctor prescribed worked, so I cancelled all future appointments. When I called to cancel, the staff told me that whatever had happened so far would be covered by my insurance. Again, I had no treatment, just a brief conversation about my rash and what future billing would look like if I started treatment. Then they disappeared. No calls, no bills, no communication for three years. Not three months—three years. Out of nowhere, a collection agency contacts me saying I owe $540 because my insurance “denied” the claim. This is outrageous. This is a scam, plain and simple. I only spoke to them because their staff repeatedly told me it was covered. From the very beginning, I told them over and over that I cannot afford treatment unless my insurance covers it. I said it clearly, repeatedly, and without any room for misunderstanding. They assured me—again and again—that it would be covered. It is not my fault that they lied about insurance coverage. It is not my fault that they failed to communicate for three years. And it is certainly not my fault that they are now trying to bill me for treatment I never even received. This entire situation is a scam, and no one should trust this place.

Dr. Cohen is truly amazing! If you are even considering a breast reduction, I highly suggest setting up your consultation with him. He is kind, professional, and exceptionally skilled in his work. Because of him, I am finally comfortable in my body and feel like myself again. On the day of my surgery, I got lost and arrived late, which left me feeling stressed. Despite that, I never once felt rushed. The staff took excellent care of me, completed all of my prep, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Cohen took his time completing the procedure and my results are better than I could have ever imagined. Dr. Cohen, if you see this, thank you from the bottom of my heart! You have truly changed my life for the better!

Dr Cohen is so friendly and is conservative in recommendations which I appreciate. Ive had my implants for 16 years and they still look beautiful and natural. I would recommend him to anyone. He's the best!

Dr. Cohen is simply amazing. I had a very unique situation and Belcara made a miracle happen. I felt supported throughout the entire process. He was happy to answer any and all questions and make recommendations without being pushy. His bedside manner is excellent and we joked that I was bummed we wouldn’t get to chat anymore since my procedures and follow-ups are done.
