Bloomfield Drug Store

Shame on me for continuing to come here thinking it would get better. The service is pretty consistently terrible. It seems like maybe one person in the entire place knows what's going on, but she's busy explaining the details of her upcoming vacation and can't really be bothered. The hours are wrong nearly every place they're listed, which has put me out multiple times over the past several months of patronage. If you're in need of anything related to an actual pharmacy, like COVID tests or basic OTC medications, you're out of luck. You would have been better off perusing the aisles of the bankrupt Rite Aid a month before they closed. But if you need candles, toys, and a new 90's style wardrobe, you're in the right place! Shame on you for calling yourself a pharmacy. Happy to say I finally transferred my scripts today.

I’ve tried to support this "neighborhood" business for years, but the service has reached an all-time low. For a place that claims to care about the community, they treat customers with zero professionalism and absolute ignorance. Since switching ownership a few years ago the place has rapidly deteriorated and racks of $100 prairie skirts won’t compensate for the horrible customer service and employees that are rude and incompetent. This place was so much better when Jim owned it he never made the mistakes like they do now. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I absolutely love this local store! They have the cutest collections. Everything from clothing, accessories, athletic wear, even accessories for your little furry friends! I can’t say enough positive thoughts about this store. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Pictured below are some accessories and clothing I have purchased from the boutique. The pink pants are so comfortable. I dress them up or wear them casually around the house, I will always go for something that gives the best of both worlds in fashion! Super high quality and comfortable. I also purchased the cutest earrings from the boutique (pictured in the second photo). I wear these all the time and they have not tarnished at all! If you are local to Pittsburgh/Bloomfield area, I absolutely recommend stopping and purchasing from this store!

I’ve lived in Bloomfield for about six years and never went in this place. The cute clothing in the window caught my eye so I decided to stop in the other day. The selection of clothing was adorable and other knickknacks too. While the clothing was amazing it was a little bit too expensive for me, but I did find a few cute things for my dog. I am only giving this establishment a two star rating because of how I was treated at check out. I am so used to local shops having the friendliest people around here, but this is not the case. When I told the lady who was ringing me out they had the cutest clothes and she did not say one word to me. She just gave me a blank stare. What she DID do, however, was rudely point at where I had my coffee cup sitting on the counter because it left a tiny mark. Seriously? Not used to being treated like this, usually local places around here are so friendly! Stinks because otherwise I would have definitely gone back to snag some cute stuff.
