The entire staff is amazing!! They take their time & are very knowledgeable. They offer a wonderful selection of items… it lends itself to be a very unique pharmacy in the city❤️

I attempted to fill multiple prescriptions at this pharmacy. I was initially told my insurance did not cover a prescribed combination inhaler. After contacting my insurance directly, I was told the medication was covered. The pharmacy later clarified that although it was covered, they would lose money dispensing it and therefore refused to fill it, while offering to fill only the lower‑cost medications. I understand small business constraints, but the communication was unclear and inconsistent, and I was left without timely access to a prescribed inhaler. Because of this experience, I transferred all prescriptions elsewhere.

I really want to support this local business but it is really hard to do with poor customer service in the pharmacy department. I would rather drive 20 minutes away to a pharmacy that knows what they are doing than be on the phone with them for over 15 minutes trying to figure out why my readily available prescription order from earlier this week is not priced with my insurance yet.

I'm sure they're great for actual prescriptions, but as far as regular everyday items forget it. They've got literally nothing. No cane tips, no daily living AIDS, not much of anything at all. Lots of natural items, but not nearly enough of a selection of OTC items. Missed sales opportunities there big time. Something as basic as cane tips should be available at all times.

I was called and told my prescription would be ready on Monday. I came Tuesday to pick it up. It was not ready. I asked that it be mailed to me. Later that day I was emailed a bill which included a $10.75 postage fee for mailing the 1oz item across town. You wasted my time and my money.
