Upon checking on the status of the request, CVS told me it's still not ready and no ETA. CVS also refused to return my prescription nor did they give me a copy of it... I called my MD, explained the issue and requested my MD call Cypresswood pharmacy and send the prescription to them. CYPRESSWOOD PHARMACY FILLED MY PRESCRIPTION IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER RECEIVING THE DETAILS FROM MY MD!!!!!!! I am a forever customer. Dr. Ahmed communicated with me via phone and in person in a very professional manner. Now I can rest up and focus on my recovery from the flu. Thanks again for making my day Dr. Ahmed! Mr. Shiv was patient, kind, knowledgeable and answered all off my questions and concerns and found the manufacturer I needed and I had my medicine by the following day.
