The staff at this location are amazing. The customer service was great and the ladies at the front desk did well with explaining all options that were available. Things were quick and efficient! I highly l recommend this location!

I called this morning to set up an appointment. Whoever answered the phone was so off-putting. She asked if she could put me on hold and I said yes, of course. No thank you or anything from her. When she came back she said she couldn’t hear me and told me I needed to call back, but if her attitude was the norm of what to expect when I go there, I’ll pass. Her tone was just so nasty. I’ve heard such great things about this place, but she was my first impression and I was not impressed. I can’t even leave her name on here because she never gave it.

Nicole and Cameron are a pleasure to deal with. Prices are super reasonable. Definitely a premium, professional, and human experience at a surprisingly reasonable cost. No exaggeration - the cost is so reasonable that I won’t hesitate to come back as often as I want. Initial consult was very detailed, including body composition, bloodwork, and a discussion about current concerns and goals. First follow-up included a detailed review of my bloodwork and a testosterone injection, discussion of possible ancillaries, a re-test at 3 weeks, and I felt properly prepared to make the decision to go ahead. I’m very happy with the experience so far - I came for low T but found that my liver enzymes were elevated, my thyroid is running low, and a few solutions were offered, not pushed. A mix of OTC supplements and Rx items were determined to be the right answer. We addressed everything but the thyroid on this appointment, so as to not change too much at once. Second follow-up included asking how things were going, no sign of rushing. Discussed each item from the last visit, added the thyroid med in, and agreed to adjusting my dosage plan to my comfort. I saw the brochure for the IV Bar while waiting for my Testosterone shot. Suffering from chronic pain, their non-narcotic pain and inflammation drip looked interesting. Asked about it, and no problem, they asked a few questions and then hooked me up. I hope that they make a poster or something to make the IV Bar portion of the business more obvious - because it’s really cool. They have hangover recovery, weight loss, energy, anti-anxiety, all kinds of options. The infusion room has massage chairs with heat, relaxing and gentle atmospheric music, and the staff came by every few minutes to check on me. The drip felt slightly cool and took about 25 minutes. After a vitals check, I’ll be on my way.

Long time patient of this clinic and had to part ways with them. Terrible follow up by staff and returning messages, refilling prescriptions and general service. The provider Nicole was always great but the staff as they grew just couldn't replicate the service and were not a good reflection of the the original boutique operation they had with excellent service. It's a shame. Will not return as a patient.

Awesome people here! They helped me lose 50 pounds! BP is now normal, no more meds! A1C is now in check! So grateful!
