HerKare The Woodlands | Women's Health & Hormone Therapy Clinic

I have been going here for the past 3 months for perimenopause symptoms. I am a cash pay patient, so have literally spent over $1000 here. On the testosterone therapy I gained weight and when I asked about estrogen, they informed me I could not take it until I was fully in menopause. New research shows estrogen therapy is extremely beneficial for women in perimenopause and helps with bone, heart, and brain health. All they seemed to care about was my libido. I feel like I've aged 5 years in the 3 months I've been going here. I know they were following their own protocol, but thankfully I have found an endocrinologist who immediately put me on estrogen and said testosterone comes later, after the female hormones are balanced and I feel better. And I only have to see her every 3 months, not pay for an office visit every week. I'm sorry this clinic didn't work out for me. The office staff and NPs are absolutely lovely, but I did not get what I needed at this clinic.

After so many frustrating doctor experiences, I finally found a wonderful team of support to manage my menopause symptoms in HerKare. They listen, check, and continually adjust treatment so we're always doing what's needed in the moment as the changes continue to evolve. So fortunate to have them in my neighborhood!

They paid dedicated attention to their patients, ensuring they felt heard and cared for throughout the visits. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a comforting atmosphere. Tameka was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and provided exceptional care. Scheduling was easy, and the wait time was minimal. I highly recommend HerKare in the Woodlands to anyone looking for quality healthcare with a team that truly prioritizes their patients!

HerKare in the Woodlands has an amazing team. Tameka the Provider is professional super sweet & listens to you. You are not just another patient to her. In today’s world you don’t find a Provider who really listens to you & cares. Tameka is a rare gem. Her staff is also amazing. They are super sweet & polite. They have never been rude or had an attitude about anything. They are super helpful & knowledgeable. I would recommend the Woodlands HerKare to any women I know. I used to feel awful all the time & Tameka has helped me feel way better. Her staff are gentle when giving shots & doing vitals. I just can’t say enough good about them. If you’re looking to feel better have your hormones checked by Tameka. She will get you going in the right direction.
