Queens Pharmacy

I can't say enough good things about Queens pharmacy. What I want to highlight the most employee (sadly I didn't catch her name), who is the first point of contact and who always answers the phone. I would make the assumption she is a pharm tech. I had the pleasure of speaking with her on the phone and she has helped with multiple needs of transferring prescriptions. She always answers the phone within a couple of rings, there's never an automatic place on hold. It's always easy to get through, there's no phone tree. That alone has made interacting with her fantastic. In person, she is just as dynamic as she is on the phone. She's pleasant, kind, efficient and markedly knowledgeable with the pharmacy systems and process. She is an absolute asset to the pharmacy. I grew up in a small town, only using community pharmacies. I've missed that and I'm incredibly thankful that I have come across Queens pharmacy!! Don't let the tight parking at the shopping center on 7th avenue be a deterrent, they have dedicated parking spot directly in front of their doors and they also have delivery options!

When my elderly relative visited for Thanksgiving and realized she had left her daily medications at home, this wonderful pharmacy did in 4 hours what CVS said would take 24 or more. Thank you, Queens, for your personalized and attentive care!

I can't say enough good things about Queens Pharmacy! The staff is consistently amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The pharmacists take the time to answer all my questions and make sure I understand my medications. They've even gone the extra mile to coordinate with my doctor to find a more affordable option for me. It's so refreshing to get this level of personal service. This isn't just a place to pick up a prescription; it's a place where you feel like you're truly being taken care of. Highly, highly recommend!

After a recommendation from my great aunt Judith, I decided to call this pharmacy. I spoke with Crystal, who was so pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions about transferring my prescriptions and was just lovely to talk to. It’s rare to find such great service over the phone. I can’t wait to switch over!

they only fill if ur doc is in network and then briefly rub you off when you’re confused and act like you’re dumb for asking. been in here a handful of times and each time it’s like a whole new staf.. not sure if that’s got anything to do with who I assume is the supervisor there and the way he be barking his orders at the crew but I wouldn’t be surprised. Overall Bad attitudes here
