I have a very demanding job teaching fun paint and sip classes in the Dallas Painting with a Twist studio. Some days I teach back-to-back classes to hundreds of guests for long 12-hour days on my feet, so I must take care to stay hydrated and healthy to keep up the energy and deliver a fun experience while teaching a 2-hour long painting. After a horrible 24-hour bout with food poisoning, my boss suggested I go get a Restorative IV drip with B-12 because we have a huge weekend coming up and she wanted me to be my absolute best! It was super easy to book on my phone with Lauren! When I walked in she greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease immediately! I was blown away at how tranquil and serene the atmosphere is and how quickly I was accommodated. Sadie was also super sweet and guided me through the new patient process, explaining everything and easing my mind. Kim came in to administer my IV and she oozes warmth and compassion; helping me choose the right arm cocktail, offering me water, turning down the lights for me so I can relax and giving me a blanket because I had no idea the good juices would make me so chilly! I’m writing this the day after my IV and I can tell you I am a new woman! My husband couldn’t believe how the day before I looked to be at death’s door and now I’m chasing him around the house! But seriously, if you’re looking for a team of professionals who really work like a fine tuned machine together, go to Restore Hyper Wellness Preston Forest! I love all of the Restore locations but THIS ONE surpasses every single expectation I had ever had- the front desk ladies are such a joy and the nurses are top tier- I have chronic health conditions and they have been SO SO patient with me while we figured out what works best for me. Going for my IV & visiting with Sadie each week was the highlight of my time here in Dallas! I have to give her extra kuddos because I was so sensitive to so many things when I went in the first time and she took so much time to figure out what would make me most comfortable and it made the whole experience so enjoyable! I would highly recommend this location ALL DAY long. It’s literally THE BEST in Dallas!

The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the entire visit. The IV drip gave me an instant boost—more energy, better hydration, and an overall sense of wellness. I could feel the difference almost immediately. The red light therapy was just as impressive—my skin felt smoother and looked more radiant, even after one session. The facility was clean, calm, and well-organized. My daughter and i visited restore hyper wellness today for red light therapy. The spa has iv therapy as well as other wellness modalities like hyperbaric and cryotherapy. The front desk staff is knowledgable and friendly. We will be back.

I needed a pick me up and got just that!! Restore is the place to go if you want/need some self care. Awesome customer service and a very relaxing atmosphere. They have a repeated customer for sure now!!!
