I have been to Vitalyc several times. Kailey, who works the front desk (I’m unsure of her job title) is a gem. She is helpful, patient, and reliable. I had inquired about Halo pricing and she later called me with a flash sale price for the Halo. She provides details without an expectation or pressing to buy. Also, she had my take home products prepared and ready for checkout post laser. Kylie, the aesthetician, recently did my Halo + BBL (broadband light) and did a nice job. She explained what she was doing before and during the process and was very friendly and kind. Thank you!

Kylie is just the best. Period. She remembers everything about my skin and what works/what my concerns are and works with me. And having Kailey at the front desk is so friendly because she remembers me every single time. Of course I also have to mention my girl Becca who refuses to overfill just to sell you, but she wants you to look and feel your best.

I live very close to the Highland Park location so I was going to give them a try although I go to their Addison location. I arrived 10 min early for my Botox appointment. Receptionist was very friendly and said Becca was finishing up and would be right with me. Sat reading Magazines and kept hearing laughing coming from down the hall, thought they must be finishing up. After waiting 30 minutes, I decided to leave. Told the receptionist, I couldn't continue waiting. So I will go back to the Addison location, which by the way, they are absolutely awesome and ready when your appointment time is to start. Service is impeccable and great results every time. Takes a bit longer for me to drive, and worth it for sure.

Blaise Geyer did Radiesse injections on face. She is very experienced, personable and patient with any questions you have. Very positive impression interacting with her. Hazel Sabio made a positive impression during our interactions. Glad I choose this business.
